As a ailment of employment, and as outlined in our staff handbook, ‘employees are to be actively aware and respectful of its denominational marriage and the techniques in which their behavior could influence this romantic relationship. In executing so, faculty associates shall be respectful of and not undermine the university’s Statement of Faith.’ Therefore, faculty associates unable or unwilling to adhere to this plan and our Statement of Faith are not scheduled to teach. We exist to give school, employees and college students a decision.”
