The Pasadena Metropolis College Foundation is happy to announce the start of the Advancing Science campaign. With a $4 million target, the campaign’s elevated funds will accompany the substitution Sarafian Building on PCC’s campus, which was deemed seismically unsafe in 2012 and will undertake entire reconstruction and refinishing for the College’s Wellbeing Sciences and Organic Sciences divisions by Fall 2023.
Chaired by Foundation board member Rob Floe, and co-chaired by Basis board member Charmayne Mills Ealy, the Advancing Science marketing campaign will raise wanted money for the new facility’s fixtures and home furnishings, along with devices, programming and scholarships for the Wellness & Purely natural Sciences divisions.
The $1 million Keck Grant (also announced Sept. 8th) will be the lead present in the Advancing Science marketing campaign, starting up it out at a quarter of its aim satisfied.
